1kb Dna Ladder HPR 301 50t

This document describes a 1kb DNA ladder product containing 8 linear double-stranded DNA bands divided into sizes between 1000-10,000bp. The product is ready-to-use with loading buffer and can be directly added to agar gel electrophoresis to separate DNA fragments. The ladder is suitable for determining DNA fragment size and rough quantification, but not accurate quantification of fragment content.
