FavorPrep™ Tissue Total RNA Mini Kit is designed for purification of total RNA from animal tissues, cultured animal cells, and bacterial cells by using the chaotropic salt-lysis method without the use of hazardous solvents. The purified RNA is ready-to-use in RT-PCR, RT-qPCR, Northern blotting and cDNA construction.
