Interface and Operation
The device features a touch screen interface that displays essential data and controls:
- Main Display: Shows the current furnace temperature, electrolytic cell voltage, and heating current.
- Data Entry: Users can input the sample number, weight, and moisture levels.
- Testing: Clicking “Start” begins the process, which automatically ends the sample and displays sulfur content. Results are typically returned and printed within approximately 5 minutes
- System Setup: The “Set up” interface allows users to adjust the time, date, and temperature settings.
