DESCRIPTION
The FavorPrep™ Plant Total RNA Mini Kit is designed for purification of total RNA from plant tissues, plant cells and filamentous fungi. This kit uses the modified salt precipitation procedure and RNase inhibitors to improve extraction efficiency. This kit is quick, efficient, and the RNA purity is available for multiple downstream applications, including RT-PCR, Northern blotting, primer extension and cDNA library construction.
